    Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days. For urgent needs, we offer an expedited option only for Engineer Certs., with a 24–48 hour turnaround time. Please note: this expedited service is not available for any labor services.

  • Do you require payment up front or can your fee be paid at closing?

    We typically require payment up front, but we do offer a payment-at-closing option for added convenience.

Our professional releveling service begins with a thorough inspection of your foundation to determine if any pier units need to be repaired, replaced, or adjusted. If the piers are in good condition, we use precise tools—like a water or laser level—and perform a 6 to 12-point level check to ensure accuracy. We may also make adjustments to the piers beneath your front and back doors to improve functionality.
